Payment, Delivery & Returns
Payment
If you order on line we use PayPal as our payment system. Once you have added your items to the basket using the ‘add to basket' option by each product & have finished shopping you will be directed to PayPal to complete & pay for your order.
Paypal takes most major credit & debit cards & as a secure site your details are protected, we never see them.
If you decide to send a Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers draft please make payable to Diamond Wishes and enclose with your completed order form.
Please note that for non-Paypal payments processing of your order can take approximately 5 days from deposit to our account to allow for clearance of funds

Delivery & Shipping
We aim to despatch your order within 7 days of receipt or clearance of funds.
The following postage rates are used for standard UK Royal Mail delivery:
Orders under £35.00 - £1.75 |
Orders over £35.00 - Free of charge |
The following postage rates are used for Air Mail Small Packets delivery:
All Orders under £35.00 - £5.75 |
Goods are delivered using Royal Mail UK post or International Service and take between 1-6 working days from despatch to arrive with you. We are not responsible for Postal delays & rely entirely upon Royal Mail advertised postal times. If, after 7 working days from despatch your purchase has not arrived, contact us & we will investigate through Royal Mail on your behalf.
Any purchases sent overseas may incur customs charges or tax which is the responsibility of the purchaser. We complete the customs form and attach it to the outside of your parcel.
If you need your order urgently please contact us and we will do everything we can to meet your required date. This may incur additional costs for fast shipment.
Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order with Diamond Wishes to ensure items are not selected for despatch.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you find the goods are faulty, these can be returned in the original packaging and you will be offered a replacement or full refund for the item, including any postage paid at point of purchase.
All our goods & packaging are quality checked prior to despatch.
Please notify us within 3 days of receipt regarding any faults.
The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser & you are responsible for the item/s until they reach us.
Non-Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you are not pleased with your purchase, you have a right to cancel and return your item within 7 days of receipt. The item and display packaging must be in an unused, resalable condition. Once returned goods are received and checked a refund for the cost of the item will be made. Postage and packing will not be refunded and the purchaser is responsible for the item/s until they reach us & the cost of the return of the item.
Any jewellery worn through pierced skin cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons, e.g. Earrings, Belly Bars etc.
